I'm the Digital Strategist at Morweb. My day to day is connecting the pieces that decide whether a website actually performs — SEO, paid ads, content, and analytics. The job is to make sure all of those efforts pull toward the same business goals, instead of running on parallel tracks.
I've spent 15 years in digital strategy. Most of that time is spent inside Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, and similar tools, finding what is working and adjusting the rest in real time. I hold certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, and Conversion Rate Optimization.
School and nonprofit websites need to be clear, and they need to know exactly who they are speaking to. A well-defined ideal customer profile lets you tailor the message to a real person with a real need, instead of broadcasting and hoping.

Most school and nonprofit websites try to talk to everyone at once. The result is generic copy, broad calls to action, and a long list of audiences served on the homepage. None of it converts. Once a team gets clear on who they actually need to reach and what those people care about, the messaging tightens, the marketing spend stops getting wasted, and the right supporters stick around longer.
My experience as a user is what drives the work. When I am trying to find information, I go straight to the website — if the site is confusing or buries what I came for, I lose patience and look elsewhere. Most school and nonprofit visitors are looking for help in a moment that matters. They deserve a website that gives them an answer, not more confusion.
